Honey Jerk Lamb Chops

  • Made by Madi Honey Mustard Seasoning to taste
  • Lamb Chops
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
  • ½-¾ cup honey
  • Jerk seasoning to taste
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • Made by Madi Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
  1. Season lamb chops with Made by Madi Honey Mustard Seasoning to taste.
  2. In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, add grape seed oil and sear lamb chops until browned on both sides. About 2-3 minutes each side.
  3. Once browned, remove from skillet and set on plate. Save for later.
  4. In the same skillet over medium-low heat, add honey, jerk seasoning, lime juice and coconut water and mix using a wire whisk.
  5. Once sauce begins to simmer slightly, return lamb chops back to the skillet and coat in sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes until sauce is thickened and lamb chops are coated.
  6. Remove lamb chops from skillet and garnish with Made by Madi Himalayan Pink Salt to taste. Serve immediately with remaining sauce. Pairs well with potatoes or rice.
