In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Madi will show you how to prepare an Italian-inspired feast featuring three popular dishes from this beloved cuisine. You will learn the ins and outs of Italian food basics, including making fresh pasta and baking a traditional dessert.

Begin with a classic appetizer, bruschetta, featuring bright tomatoes, tangy balsamic vinegar and fresh basil on crunchy Italian bread. For the main course, make homemade fettuccine or angel hair pasta, with an option of a creamy roasted garlic Alfredo sauce and juicy, blackened chicken, light but satisfying chicken Francese, or crispy fried chicken parmesan for a hearty entrée. Finish your meal with tiramisu, made with rich coffee and spongy ladyfingers.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class. Chef Madi comes to you and all groceries and equipment provided. For quantity, put the amount of people attending class. 2 person minimum. 518 area only. Outside of this location please send a special booking request to be accommodated.
